Shipment processing time

All orders are processed crafted and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Custom Products may require more time.

Deliveries are generally completed in around 10 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your purchase is shipped out you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Modern Artifice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Modern Artifice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
